1. Please do not purchase any items if you do not trust Sang-Mi.
2. We do not anticipate dead buyers.
3. Strictly refrain from backing out once you have sent in your orders as this would result in blacklisting.
4. Payment has to be made within 4 working days, otherwise we would be charging you accordingly.
5. All items sold are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
6. Meetups are only available at MRT station from Bishan to Somerset.
7. We DO NOT accept bank transfers.
8. We are NOT responsible for damages of goods once they leave our hand.
9. The colour of the items shown may vary from the real product itself.
10. All emails have to be replied otherwise it would result in blacklisting.
11. By sending enquiries, please do inform us if you are not interested in the item. We respect all shoppers' decisions.
12. We are NOT responsible for any lost items.
13. We would NOT refund any money even if our supplier MIAs us.
14. If the item you have ordered is OOS, you can backout if you have not paid, but you would have to order another item if you have paid.
15. NO swaps/trades allowed.
16. All prices do NOT includes meetup fees or hidden fees.
17. If you opt for a deposit, you would have to pay half the total amount, with an additional $5.00 because of the risk we are taking.
18. $1.00 would be charges for any changes you make to your order form once we have received it.
19. $1.00 would be charged for any item reserved as this results in lesser priviledges for the other shoppers.

21. In the case that you are blacklisted, all known details about you would be posted up without hesitation.
